Anyone in your organization who has the phone app can report a problem, workers and managers alike. It goes straight to the managers' Main Inbox as a new job.

  1. On Today, tap Report a problem.
  2. Choose the Place (building).
  3. Type the Room or area, for example "Room 205" or "Back stairwell".
  4. Under What is wrong, describe it in a sentence or two.
  5. Add photos or a video if you can (up to 10). A picture saves a lot of explaining.
  6. Choose the Priority: Normal (when someone is free), Urgent (needs attention today) or Emergency (danger to people or the building).
  7. Tap Send report.

You get a receipt with the job number, time, place, room and priority under Your reports, for example "Sent as job 1052".

Emergencies#

If you choose Emergency, the app asks once more: "Send as an emergency?" Use it only for danger to people or the building, such as flooding, a gas smell or sparks. Then call or find someone too if anyone is in danger.

In a real emergency, call your local emergency number first. Operacora tells your managers; it does not call for help.

No signal#

If you are offline, the report is saved on your phone ("Saved. It will send when you are online.") and sent later. It is sent only once, even if the app retries. Under Your reports you can see which are Waiting to send, and Remove one that you no longer want to send.

What happens next#

  • A manager reads it in the Main Inbox and sends someone. See Main Inbox.
  • If you are a worker, the job is not added to your own list unless a manager assigns it to you.
  • The app does not send you updates about your report.

Every report becomes its own job. If you are not sure whether someone already reported it, report it anyway; a manager can delete duplicates.
