Organization name, time zone and language

Your organization's name as people see it, its time zone for days and work hours, and the language new people start with.

Open Settings › Organization from All settings in the web app.

Name: shown at the top of the app, in the browser tab, on the setup page and in the location notice people agree to.
Time zone: days, weeks and timesheets, and your work hours, are cut in this time zone, including daylight saving changes. Changing it moves no stored time. It is the same setting as on the Location and time clock page.
Default language for new people: English or Spanish. Each person can also have their own language (see People).

Only top-level managers can change these; other managers can see them. If someone else saved in the meantime, you are told and see their version.
